“Carlos talked to me about a program that emphasized soil health, reducing chemical use, and harvesting beans at peak ripeness. He mentioned that my farm’s altitude was ideal for producing exceptional coffee.” Inspired by these ideas and passionate about his family's legacy, Mateo joined the project and is now deeply committed to sustainable farming, focusing on elevating the quality of his coffee and ensuring the land thrives for generations to come.
